This Information on the processing of personal data refers to the activity of data processing through social networks carried out by Q-CONCEPT.
1. Social networks
1.1. Social media management
Q-CONCEPT manages the following social networking sites:

Q-CONCEPT processes personal data on social networking sites to provide information to customers about offers, products, services, contests or other topics and news and to communicate with visitors to social networks on these topics, but also to answer relevant inquiries about praise, criticism and other queries.
In cases where we can influence and determine the conditions of personal data processing, we always strive (within the possibilities provided by the social network operator) to ensure data processing, in accordance with relevant legal regulations. Specifically, in cases where the social networking platform provider has allowed us to do so, we ensure that our social networking sites respect the protection of personal data.
The information you add to our social media sites such as comments, videos, images, likes, etc. is published through the social media platform and we never process or use it for any other purpose. However, we reserve the right to delete it because a post or comment violates the rules of permissible content, such as contributing to a violation of the law, containing hate messages or vulgar images or videos, or infringing copyright, intellectual property rights, insulting others on various grounds, or they are not in accordance with the usual moral principles of society as a whole. We do not manage or store all the functionality of social networks and for this reason, for example, posts you post on our social network page will remain on the timeline indefinitely until you remove them yourself,that is, until they are removed in order to update the profile or to violate the rules of permitted content.
Q-CONCEPT has no effect on the deletion of your data by the social network operator itself.
1.2. Social Network Platform Operator as an independent Processing Manager
The operator of the relevant social media platform (eg Facebook, Instagram, etc.) has the status of an independent Processing Manager, so we emphasize that he processes personal data over which Q-CONCEPT has no influence, but you have accepted his terms when registering on the social network (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Information on the data processing of each operator of the social network platform is available on their network locations.
1.3. Use of analytical data of the social network platform operator
In terms of processing data for the purpose of creating site analytics, the site analytics service provider provides Q-CONCEPT with aggregate statistics and insights to help us understand how people respond to posts, offers, pages, videos and other content. Site analytics consists of aggregate statistics created from certain events recorded on the servers of the social network operator (eg. Facebook or Instagram) when you communicate with the pages and content related to them. For example, Q-CONCEPT receives data on the number of people or accounts who viewed, responded to, or commented on its posts, as well as aggregate demographic and other data to help it understand interactions with its site or account. Thereby, Q-CONCEPT, as the administrator of the profile on the social network, does not have access to the personal data that are processed, but only to the aggregate site analytics. Events used to create page analytics by the page analytics service provider do not store IP addresses, cookie IDs, or any other identifiers associated with people or their devices other than the user tag for users logged in to the social network. Events recorded by the social network for the purpose of creating site analytics are defined exclusively by the social network and Q-CONCEPT, as the site administrator, cannot post, change or otherwise influence them. Regarding the use of the Q-CONCEPT Facebook page, we use statistical information (visits to our page,demographics of followers and activities on the page) that Facebook makes available through the Facebook service "Insights" in anonymized form. Based on this information, the Company cannot draw conclusions about individual users or access the profiles of individual users.

1.4. Advertising Q-CONCEPT
Q-CONCEPT uses social media advertising services and has the ability to determine the parameters based on which a particular ad will be displayed to a specific target group. However, as with the use of analytics, Q-CONCEPT does not have access to the personal data being processed, but is exclusively the operator of the social network platform. Accordingly, when advertising, we choose to whom the ad will be displayed based on demographic, interest and other parameters that allow us to choose the target audience.
2. Other processing through social media channels
In addition to the above, Q-CONCEPT performs the following processing of personal data:
Name and purpose of personal data processing activities:
Publication of photographs and videos for marketing purposes. Q-CONCEPT publishes photos and videos of its presence on the profiles of its social networks, with the aim of informing customers about certain activities and events in which Q-CONCEPT participated or were organized with the support of Q-CONCEPT.
Legal basis of data processing:
Article 6. section 1. (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation - the respondent has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
Article 6. section 1. (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation - processing is necessary for the legitimate interest of Q-CONCEPT. The legitimate interest of Q-CONCEPT is the promotion of marketing activities on the social media profiles of Q-CONCEPT. The respondent has the right at any time to object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
Scope and source of personal data: Photos and videos from various events, promotional activities of Q-CONCEPT. Also, in relation to processing based on the execution of the contract between Q-CONCEPT and the respondent, ie. based on the consent of the respondent, Q-CONCEPT processes data on the contractual relationship as a legal basis, ie. data related to granting consent from respondent.
Processing time: Photos and videos posted on the Q-CONCEPT social network profile will, in principle, be kept permanently. However, in the event of an objection to data processing based on a legitimate interest for marketing purposes, we will discontinue the data processing in question immediately upon receipt of the objection and remove the content. Similarly, in the case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of data based on consent, immediately upon receipt of information on the withdrawal of consent, we will terminate the data processing in question and remove the content.
Categories of data recipients: Social network users.
Processing activity entrusted to the Processor: Provision of social media profile maintenance services. Provision of event photography services organized by Q-CONCEPT.

4. Security measures for data protection
Q-CONCEPT stores personal data exclusively on data carriers and hosting sites that allow access only to authorized personnel and in databases that are encrypted and / or password protected to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data of respondents in accordance with information norms and standards. security. Q-CONCEPT ensures data protection at the network and infrastructure level (using firewalls, antivirus programs, encryption mechanisms for storage and communication, content filtering and other technical solutions). In the case of paper documents and all personal data processed on paper, Q-CONCEPT ensures the security of the data by storing it in places inaccessible to unauthorized persons. After the data processing time has elapsed, the documents are destroyed using a paper cutter.
5. Your rights regarding data processing
You may at any time request information about the processing of your personal data, you may request access to your data, the correction and deletion of your personal data or the restriction of their processing, and you may object to the processing of data based on legitimate interest. Below is a summary of the most important provisions related to your data protection rights and the possibility of seeking redress.

Right to data portability (Article 20) – the respondent has the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transfer this data to another controller, if the processing is based on consent or contract and is automated.
Right to object (Article 21) – an objection to the processing of personal data may be lodged at any time, if the processing is based on legitimate interests, including the creation of a profile or if we process the data for direct marketing purposes.
The right to oppose the adoption of automated individual decisions (profiling) (Article 22) – the respondent has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including the creation of profiles.
Right to complain – if the processing of personal data is considered to be in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council or other regulations concerning the protection of personal data. The Agency for Personal Data Protection is responsible for supervising the processing of personal data in the Republic of Croatia.
